Farmington Girls Tigers Booster Club Meeting

December 16, 2015

Attendees: Kris Mach, Tara Blandin, Shelly Wagner, Kim Walton, Toni Corrarro, Melissa Clayton and

Coach Liz Carpentier.

1) Meeting called to order 6:35PM

2) November minutes- approved Shelly Wagner and Second Kris Mach

3) Treasurer Report: Update Shelly Wagner

4) Coaches Update: Liz Carpentier

a. Approval given for 2 extra rooms for Rochester

b. Teacher appreciation night- set for February 5 th

c. Secret Santa will take place in Rochester

5) Tiger Fan Club- update Kris Mach following December meeting

6) Concessions: Update Toni Corraro

7) Media Guides-sponsors to receive signed poster and media guide

8) Celts Fundraiser-December 20 th —10% of the sale from 5-8 for the Girls Basketball program

9) Basketball Tournament update

a. Before we can set up or determine the volunteer shifts, we need to know the number of

a. Update money raised during half time activities

b. Requested to purchase 9 dozen bean bags. Approved Shelly Wagner and 2 nd Kris Mach

c. January 15 th and 21 st Girls Booster will cover the halftime activity at the boys games

d. Pep Ban on January 5 th halftime will be 50/50

e. January 12 th - Round Bank to cover halftime
