Attendees: Kim Walton, Kris Mach, Toni Corraro, Jason Laube, Steve Corraro, Tammy DeCroock, Brent DeCroock, Liz Carpentier, Melissa Erickson, Jenni Winston, Amy Rust, Shelly Wagner, Tara Blandin and Melissa Clayton

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

Financials

Treasurer Shelly Wagner discussed the current financials and payments to date for the Media Guide

Tiger Fan Club Membership

Discussed cost of the Tiger Fan Club and voted and agreed to become a member

Discussed Media Guides and Deadlines

Discussed Cub bagging results

Discussed upcoming 2 basketball tournaments
March 12 & 13- we will share with Cross Country
April 16 and 17th- girls basketball

Game Concessions- discussed the number of hours needed and may reach out to other booster clubs to assist during home basketball games.

Halftime Events-Melissa Clayton gave an update on ideas for the halftime events. She will check with the Athletic Director on the number of games we can provide halftime events.

Jason Laube indicated that State Farm will donate $800.00 the winners of the halftime events.

Coaches Update: Liz Carpentier

Discussed providing pizza’s for a kick off night for travel and in house players. Liz will check with travel basketball and Community Ed if they can provide the pizza’s.

Google Calendar has been updated

Team Dinners-reserve thru Karen Donnelly
Tip off dinner set for 11/27/15 pot luck for players and families 9th thru 12th grade.

Discussed fall league- 9th grade and JV/Varity team

Open gyms will continue on Sunday’s during fall league

Adopt a family- JV/Varsity will be assigned a team within the travel and in house program.

Inquired about payment for an assistant coach ($4700). It was decided the Booster Club does not have the funds at this time.

Provide t-shirts to the travel and in house teams , Liz will discuss with travel basketball and Community Education for assistance.

Membership Fee for Booster Club

Discussed having no membership fees, however, there would be volunteer expectations. We need to determine the number of hours that are needed for the 2 tournaments in order to establish the amount for the volunteer check.
