Farmington Girls Tigers Booster Club Meeting May 27, 2015.

Attendees: Kim Walton, Julie Mogenon, Shelly and Gene Wagner, Tara Blandin, Liz Carpentier, Jenni Winston, Melissa Ericksen, Kris and Bob Mach and Toni and Steve Corraro.

Meeting Called to order at 7:00 PM
Discussed annual meeting to take place every May on a yearly basis
Meetings to be held May thru September.
Nominated and voted for voting positions on the Booster Club
President: Toni Corraro (2 year term)
Vice President: Kris Mach ( 1 year term)
Treasurer: Shelly Wagner (2 year term)
Secretary: Tara Blandin (1 year)
Website/Communication Coordinator: Jeni Winston (1 year term)
Nominated and voted for non-voting positions:

a. Fundraising Coordinator: Amy Rus

b. Tournament Director: Mark Steffes

c. Halftime Coordinators: Melissa Clayton and Tammy DeCroock

Twitter and Facebook Communication:

Liz Carpentier will handle the communication.

Fundraising:
Cub bagging, dates will be set up. Anticipated 2-3 dates
Bingo @ Celts
MYAS Tournaments: March 12-13 and April 16-17th
Media Guides:
To be completed by the first game on November 28th.
Discussed pricing for the ads
Each member to sells ads for the guides with a deadline of August 1, 2015.
Discussed having each travel team’s photo in the Media Guide.
Booster Club List:
Booster Club list to include girls in 9th thru 12th grade.
Directors Office Insurance:
Steve Corraro is checking on the insurance and cost.
