Farmington Tigers Girls Booster Club Meeting Notes

November 18, 2015

Farmington High School

Attendees: Kris Mach, Toni Corraro, Mark Steffes, Shelly Wagner, Jenni Winston, Tammy DeCrook, Amy

Rust, Liz Carpentier, Melissa Clayton and Tara Blandin

1) Meeting called to order 6:37 PM

2) Minutes approved from the 11/18/15 meeting. Approved Shelly Wagner and second Jenni

a. Treasurer Report update from Shelly Wanger. Discussed current financials and payments to

4) Coaches Update—Liz Carpentier

a. Ordered 130 T-shirts at a cost of $7.00 for VIP nights

b. Hotel Rochester- 7 rooms reserves ( 7 total, 5 for the girls, I female coach and 1 male coach).

c. Booster Club to provider team dinner to team, managers and coaches

d. Gopher tickets for tip off dinner

e. Parent Day 12/11/15 for JV/ Varity

f. Shooting shirts

g. Pictures 11/23/15- girls to wear their black uniforms

5) Concession Update- Mark Sreffes

a. We will cover both boys and girls home games. We will have a 60/40 cut

b. Menu: pizza/Carbone’s, walking taco’s, nacho’s, pretzels, cookies/milk, candy and pickles

c. The Fan Club will handle the money and we will be paid at the end of the season

6) Media Guide-Toni Corraro

a. Review of lay out sample

b. Drop all pictures into the guide by 11/24/15

c. All families will review a copy at the Tip Off Dinner

d. All advertisers will review a poster and a media guide as a thank you

7) Celt’s- December 20 th - mention Girls Tiger Basketball and 10% of the sales goes to the program.

8) Basketball Tournament update

9) Halftime Update- Melissa Clayton

a. Airplane toss for the first game on 11/28/15- winner $50.00 Chipolte gift card.

b. Round Bank will have the halftime show on 1/12/16- advertise on their Electronic Sign

c. Band will take 4 games

d. 2/12/16 Round Bank will take the halftime-will advertise on their Electronic Sign

e. National Anthem-contacted Elementary, Middle and High Schools

date. Bingo Fundraiser approximately $1500.00 to the program.

a. Shooting shirts are not ready, each girl will receive team shirts

b. $25.00 Booster Club Fee in order for the girls to receive their shooting shirts

c . Stations- check list with the forms and $25.00 fee

12) End of season banquet Sunday, March 20 th from 6-8:00PM

13) Meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM
