Farmington Girls Basketball Booster Club Meeting, June 17, 2015

Attendees: Tammy and Brent DeCroock, Toni and Steve Corraro, Shelly and Gene Wagner, Tara Blandin, Liz Carpentier, Melissa Clayton, Amy Rust and Kris Mach.

Update on Bi-Laws

a. Changes: 5 voting member and application for board members

Treasurer Update
No current expenses
$3300.00-Deposits for both JAQS program and summer sessions. Need to make payment for JAQS summer program.
$110.00 for 1 ad sale for the media guide
Media Guides Update

a. Sold ads to Impact Auto, Minnesota School of Basketball and Above All Hardwood Floors

b. Travel basketball girls photos to Steve Corraro by November 15th

Fundraising-Amy Rust

a. Cub bagging: August 29th from 10-5. Girls sign up via Sign Up Genius

b. Melissa Clayton to check on a fundraiser with Chipolte.

c. Bingo @ Celt’s on Saturday November 7th

d. Concessions discussion 3 on 3- discussed selling Berry Blends and Gatorade

a. Apparel- practice jersey’s and shorts for practices

a. Jenni Winston has updated the Webpage to includes minutes, bi-laws, calendar and schedule

b. Twitter Account- Liz Carpentier to set up and run

c. Facebook- Jenni Winston and Liz Carpentier assigned administrators

11) Next meeting set for July 15th at 7:00 at Toni Corraro’s home: 18775 Essence Trail

12) Future Meetings: scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 at the High School
