Farmington Tigers Girls Booster Club Meeting Notes

October 24, 2015

Farmington High School

Attendees: Melissa Clayton, Tara Blandin, Kris Mach, Toni Corraro, Shelly Wagner , Jenni Winston and Liz Carpentier

1) Meeting called to order 6:32 PM

2) Minutes approved from the 9/16/15 visit. Approved Shelly Wagner, Second Toni Corraro

a. Treasurer Report update from Shelly Wagner. Discussed current financials and payments to

date for Pure Intensity and Media Guides.

a. Nike Team Shop- Booster profit of $200.00

b. T-shirts- quotes and VIP nights for travel girls.

c. Nike Shooting Shirts for High School

d. Discussed Booster Club Fee of $25.00 that would go towards the shooting shirts and the

Discussed cost of $34.50 per shirt with last name on the back for all girls.

Booster Club would pay the difference. If not a booster club member the cost of the shirt

will be more for the family.

Motion approved by shelly Wager and Second by Tara Blandin.

e. 9th grade tournament and the Athletic Director approved to pay for 1 tournament

f. Bus to Rochester-the school will cover the cost bus. We agreed not to pay for a charter bus

g. Meet the Tiger night- November 19 th canceled as the boys have their first game. Date to be

h. Hotel Rooms Rochester. We will need to rooms for coaches. Motion approved by Shelly and

a. Update Toni Corraro: discussed concessions with the Football and Soccer sectionals.

b. Fundraiser-WWF Mach 19 th

c. 10-15 pictures of the girls for the website

a. $2.30 cost of each guide, we will start at ordering 200 of them.

b. November 2 nd - all ads need to be Toni Corraro

c. Shelly has competed scorecard for the Media Guide

d. Travel Girl Photos needed by November 19 th

e. Agreed not to charge for the Media Guide

a. Banner $85.00- approved

b. Individual Poster for the gym

c. Poster and Media guide given to all sponsors

d. Budget Pictures $350.00 for poster/media guides/head shots for gym. Motion approved

a. Must be 18 years and $1.00 per game for a total of 15 games. Bingo starts at 2:00. There will

10) Concessions for home games

a) We will be responsible for concession for all home games

a. 3 games are reserved for the band- January 5 and 26 th and February 9 th .

b. Round Bank has requested a half time spot

c. Bean bag toss- it was agreed to purchase bean bags cost $10.99/ 50 bags. Melissa will purchase

100 bags. Motion approved Shelly Wagner and Second Kris Mach

d. Discussed other games: 50/50, students vs staff, musical chairs

e. National Anthem- approaching all schools for individuals or choir to sing the National Anthem.

Liz Carptentier will approach the Music Directors.

c. Sign up genius for pregame sign up team dinners
