Farmington Girls Tigers Booster Club Meeting

January 20, 2016

Attendees: Jenni Winston, Toni Corraro, Tara Blandin, Shelly Wagner, Liz Carpentier, Brent DeCroock,

Tammy DeCroock, Kris Mach, Kim Walton, Steve Corraro and Melissa Clayton.

1) Meeting called to order at 6:30PM

2) Coaches Update-Liz Carpentier

a. Teacher Appreciation Night discussion, set for February 15 th

b. Senior Night set for February 23 rd

c. Next meal night January 28 th

d. $150.00 budget for teacher appreciation night (gifts/treats)- 1 st Shelly Wagner, 2 nd Kris Mach

e. $150.00 budget for Senior night (gifts and treats) 1 st Tara Blandin, 2 nd Jenni Winston

f. $50.00 budget for gift for seniors- 1 st Shelly Wagner, 2 nd Tara Blandin

g. Banquet set for March 20 th .

h. Budget $200.00 for the awards for banquet. 1 st Shelly Wagner, 2 nd Jenni Winston

i. Summer camps- Community Ed vs Booster Club

j. Girls/coaches over night discussion. Team building/Character Challenge

3) Subway Meals for away games

a. Booster Club to provide Subway for the remaining away games.

$20.00 budget for gift for senior managers- 1 st Shelly Wagner, 2 nd Toni Corraro

Voted and approved $5.50 a foot long with each girl and coach receiving 6 inch sub. Total

cost per away game $66.00 with 10 remaining games (includes 1 section game).

Total budge $660.00

4) Special Nights

a. VIP Nights

b. 2 nd Youth Night set for January 26 th , this includes 3 rd -6 th grade in house.

c. Travel night set for February 12 th with pizza to follow the game. Pizza provided by the

d. Discussion on Percy and possible gift at end of season for wearing the Tiger suit and getting

e. Discussion on poster/banner for Jason Laube to recognize State Farm is sponsoring half time

5) Concession Update-Toni Corraro

a. Girls have earned approximately $1500.00

7) Media Guide Update

a. Voted and agreed to order 100 additional guides for the remaining games.

8) Basketball Tournament Update

a. Discussed volunteer sports for upcoming Boys MYAS tournament stet for March 12-13 th .

9) Half time update-Melissa Clayton

10) Pictures-Carmen Fox

a. Agreed to have Carmen Fox come to JV/Varisty games to take pictures.

Each family would need to purchase the disc for $25.00. The photos would be used for future

media guides. Melissa will discuss with Carmen on her fee.
